Photographer's wedding albums are very expensive, especially when you are given the option of Italian Photobooks and GraphiStudio Photo Album. Plus the truth is that often these albums leave out many of the personal photos of your wedding.
Making your own personalised album can be fun and inexpensive.
1. Choose whether you'll hire a photographer or only use photographs from family and friends.
If you hire a photographer then insist on asking your photographer for high resolution print quality images. Wedding Photographers may also help with choosing which images should be presented in black and white, sepia, full colour or colour spotted. Any decent Digital Wedding Photograpger should have a good knowledge of Photoshop and can advise you any of these treatments.

2. Momentos.
Assemble mementos such as your guest list, table plans, place names, the list of gifts you received, paperwork about the flowers and dress, promotioanl material from the venue, passages you've chosen for the ceremony and other items you wish to keep in your album.
3.More Momentos
Keep a copy of your order of service, your announcement in the newspaper, the papers you wrote your personalized vows on and a copy of the lyrics of the song you danced to together.
4. Wedding Invitation
Keep two copies of your wedding invitation. Plan to use one on the cover and the other inside.
5. Obtain photographs from friends and family.
If you are hoping to rely on pictures from friends and family for your album then make sure they know that this is your plan, to encourage them to get snap happy.
Ask one of your friends or family members who is a keen amateur photographer to take some responsibility for the photographs, that way they feel more involved in the day and you ensure a certain amount of useable photographs.....not just all tipsy floor shots!
Ask them to save their images onto a CD and post them to you. Or use an online picture sharing gallery, such as Snap Fish
Don't be too shy to pester them! A thank you card with an example of some of the images you used would be a nice way to tell them you appreciated their snapping skills!
6. Select a few special photos to blow up, and some to use as thumbnail images.
This way you can include every single photo that was taken in a large or small format, and also adds variety to each page. Click Here for examples of how your wedding album layouts could look.
7. Purchase a large album or scrapbook that will hold many items on a page.
Make sure you use high quality materials so it will last, and be sure that everything is acid-free.
You can buy Wedding Albums from as little as £45 for a quality silk finish, from the following high street shops;
8. The finishing touches....
Consider decorating the margins of the pages with drawings, little notes of who is on the picture, or cutouts.
For a more professional finish, why not consider putting together a Wedding Photo Book?
