Travel and shared experience is a great idea for your wedding theme. For those who know you, it will remind them of what an adventurous couple you are, and for guests who possible haven't know you for long, ie. workmates or other halves, it is an insight for them into what you enjoy as a couple.
World Map Wedding Invitations
Set the scene with a travel inspired invitation. I created this one using postcard from zazzle.co.uk, and printed the words “Wedding Invitation” onto card, which was raised using mini foam pads, and attached over the top.
This is then mounted onto an olive backing card card , then mounted again onto a ivory blank card
Old postcards also work well. These can be inserted as RSVP cards or print details on the back containing a map. You can get these from 69A Intandan, from 20p each.

Table Names
You can include places you have visited together, alongside destinations explored as individuals, and places you would like to visit in the future, hen/stag party destinations, plus your honeymoon destination.
For Example:
New York
Liverpool
Corsica
Italy
France
Prague
Canada
Argentina
Then the final thing to do is include more details of why these places are important to you on the tables themselves.
