Wedding Cakes makers in Southport.Ruth Davies of Cake Creation in Southport started her working career after completing 3 years at Bakery College in Liverpool as a test baker.
After working as head of cake decorating at several well known Bakeries in the North West and winning the National Celebration Cake Confectioner of the Year at the Bakery Industry Awards, Ruth opened Cake Creation in 2000.
Ruth and her team of skilled wedding cake decorators can be seen working in her shop at Bold Street, Southport and is available to give expert advice working with the customer to create that exclusive individual wedding cake design.
